so basically im trying to download office 2016 by powershell since getintopc one is having activation issues. im not a computer pro hardly got my windows 11 activated myself. also just today had another issue i lost my c drive control. idk how to handle permissions so i ended up being restricted. got it back somehow but it doesnt let me download stuff in it unless the download section. idk if this is linked or not
